VoiceForm™ Signs Exclusive Agreement with Gardant Technologies, Inc.
(March 2008) – Boca Raton, FL – Gardant Technologies, Inc. and VoiceForm announce a joint agreement to market voice recognition technology to the government sector under a new deal announced recently. Gardant Technologies, Inc. will focus on multi-lingual voice recognition for automated forms fill.
VoiceForm™ technology captures a caller’s information, converts the information to text and automatically generates a form that can be exported into any third-party application. The caller is given a personal identification number (PIN) at the inception of the call that allows them to come back into the system and complete the form at any time. VoiceForm™ is available 24x7x365 and can record verbal authorizations specifically designating verification, concurrence and authorization.
VoiceForm reduces the time needed for any contact center representative, sales agent or loan processor, thereby significantly reducing errors and the time required for any forms fill application process.
